My experience was incredibly frustrating from the start. The entire staff seemed rude and unhelpful, making me feel like a nuisance instead of a guest. The communication was poor, and we felt completely ignored about important events like the New Year's buffet gala dinner that we had paid for in advance. When we finally got a table, I had to raise my voice to be heard. I have never faced such appalling service in any hotel, especially not one that claims to be luxurious.

The bathroom layout could use some rethinking. the shower cubicle door swings awkwardly, making it tricky to keep slippers nearby. On top of that, I encountered a musty odor on some floors, which was a bit off-putting. Breakfast fell short too, with poorly arranged food choices that didn’t quite hit the mark, making it less than enjoyable.

My stay at Marriott was overall excellent. The rooms were immaculate and spacious, providing a comfortable work environment. The staff was prompt in their service, notably during my check-in with a welcome drink. The location is perfect, close to the mall and great dining options. I particularly enjoyed the dining at the restaurant, which offered a fantastic selection of local cuisine.
